BIOS

Patrick Nash (Playwright, Producer) Patrick Nash is a New York based artist, writer, musician, neon guy and founding member of SoftPowr Productions. He studied Film and Media with Tony Conrad at SUNY Buffalo, graduating in 1982. He began making kinetic and electric sculpture in New York’s East Village in the 1980s for performance art and music concerts. In addition to Funny Guy, he has written and produced four musicals, “Hellfire Club,” “Oh No! My Leg!,” “Burisma Affair” and “Beulah Land.” His most recent interactive performance “On and On” was presented CC122 art space in New York’s Lower East Side in July of 2023, along with an immersive neon installation called “Vomitorium.” More information is available at www.patricknashtheatrical.com

Jesse R. Tendler (Director, BILL) Spanning 4 decades, Jesse’s credits include: Theater - 2-Faces (EdFringe 2023), Hamlet, Cymbeline, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Dylan Thomas’s Under Milk Wood, Andrew Lippa’s The Wild Party. TV/Film: The Ellen Burstyn Show (series regular), The Thorns (series regular), The Secret (Youth in Film Awards nomination: Best Child Actor), Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Law & Order, Leaving Circadia, The Unborn, Frankie, etc. 100+ national network TV commercials (Clio Award Winner: Best Child Actor), radio spots, and video games (Bully, Grand Theft Auto, etc.). As creative director and co-founder of Intimation Productions, Jesse directs and produces a diverse range of projects, including short & feature length narrative fiction films, theater, episodic projects, music videos, commercials, documentaries, and educational content. Past films have won awards at a multitude of film festivals, including being selected for consideration by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences for the 2016 Oscars. Jesse is programming director for the Climate Film Festival, director of episodic programming for the Lighthouse Int’l Film Festival, a TV pilot screener for SXSW (since 2018), a freelance script doctor, an acting coach, a professional photographer & videographer, and an avid ping pong player.

Clara Francesca (MARGIE, Production Consultant) An alumnus of Anne Bogart’s SITI Company’s Inaugural Conservatory, Clara’s work ranges from traditional acting to poetic immersive avant-garde. Theatrical works include: Metamorphosis (KafkaTech), 43 Stages of Grief (The Tank), The Brick Theater (Macbeth, Hamlet, Three Sisters), Live Arts The Phoenix Theatre (Skin of Our Teeth, Wind In The Willows), NYC’s Hayden Planetarium (MarsBand), La Mama (The Well), Edinburgh Fringe Festival (Making Marx), and Firenze Cinema la Compagnia (Speaking Dante: The Divine Comedy in 24 hours). Clara's selected television credits include: “FBI” (CBS) opposite Jeremy Sisto, and "New Amsterdam” (NBC) opposite Ryan Eggold. Film credits include supporting roles playing Lance Henriksen’s daughter in "Reklaw", as well as co-starring in award-winning "Johnny Ghost". Clara won Best Actress at the Arts Centre Fairfax Stage for self-devised piece “Susan Who?” about underage coerced sex work and government. Karen Genaro Dosanjh (EMMA) recently played (Mrs.Voinitsky) in Uncle Vanya, at Shapiro Theater, Directed by Marina Montesanti, (Mother) in Root Rot at the Lensfest Theater, (Mrs.Van Daan) in The Diary of Anne Frank for GAAR/ The Mirror Theater, (Linda) in Alle Mim’s play Pink at Shapiro Theater as well as (Irina) The Seagull, (Lubov) The Cherry Orchard and (Ariel) in the Tempest. She co-starred in the film The Gingerbread Kids which has its NYC premiere this August and recently completed filming the comedy short Interesting Americans with Chloe Troast and Richard Perez. She is thrilled and honored to be working with the brilliant cast of Funny Guy.

Shimmer, a one-person show at the Irish Repertory Theatre and LA transfer (Directed by Tony Award winner David Elliott). The Entertainer (Long Wharf), Missing Marissa (JP Shanley-NY Premiere), World Premiere of Furious (National Theatre Alliance-The Araca Group), Cocoon (Gene Frankel Theatre-Premiere). TV/Film: The Blacklist, Law & Order, First Years (NBC), Atonement (BBC), Candyman, Night Games.

 

Tommy Vance (NEON) is a graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Most recently seen as Jacob Marley in Alan Menkens version of the Charles Dickens classic A Christmas Carol (directed by Chris Carver). Some of his credits include Joe Summers in Shirley Jackson’s The Lottery (The Riant Theater’s Strawberry One Acts Festival), Joseph Breen in Come Up and See Me (w/Debbie Shapiro and Jana Robbins), Jerry Cohan in the national tour of George M, Don Kerr in A Chorus Line (Bucks County Playhouse). Tommy is so thrilled to be a part of this incredible production. Truly a thrill.

Nabhan Uddin (Emcee, London performances) is an actor from South London. He has performed on stage in numerous productions in London, including recently in Razor Sharp Production’s “Prince/David” as DCI Younis, playing the leads in “Macbeth” and “Measure for Measure”, as well as “One Man, Two Guvnors”, and performing in “The Cinderella Pantomime”. Nabhan will be completing his Acting Diploma from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2024.

Jaime Larios (Neon Technician & Stylist) is a self taught multimedia artist from Southern California. At an early age he started exploring with painting, sewing, collage art, paper mache and photography. Some of his early work was found hanging in his local coffee shops and group exhibitions. Jaime moved to New York City in the winter of 2010. Finding new inspiration and a new life in NYC, Jaime's resourcefulness was quick, he took to the streets of Brooklyn and started to collect found objects. He manipulated construction rubble into light sculptures. Jaime also continues to explore with the idea of repurposing "trash" into sculptures. He is currently working closely with Patrick Nash Studio. The multifaceted artist Jaime Larios helps execute neon installations.

Kodi Lynn Milburn (Sound Designer & Composer) renowned as the "Swiss Army Knife of Theater," embodies a fusion of creativity and activism. As a New York Foundation for the Arts Music Fellow, she channels her versatility into immersive research projects at the prestigious Baryshnikov Center and captivating concert performances at Iceland's famed R5 venue. From Hong Kong's dynamic theater scene to the rugged landscapes of Fringe North Canada, Kodi's artistry knows no bounds. Her productions in New York City and the Great Plains resonate with a commitment to justice, harmony with nature, amplifying voices, and reflecting contemporary issues, echoing the ethos of the Jester's Privilege.

 

Allison Parker (Producer) founded A/Park Productions in the summer of 2023, created from her passion for producing great works, both in New York City and especially in Edinburgh for the Fringe Festival. Allison has both stage managed and helped produce several shows at the Edinburgh Fringe since 2018 with favorite credits including: 17 Minutes (2023), Intelligence (2022), Solitary (2019), and The Providence of Neighboring Bodies (2018). James L Simon (Production Consultant) Tony award nomination for the revival of Bells Are Ringing, Associate Producer of Tony winning revival of Pippin along The Velocity Of Autumn and Play On! Off-Broadway Alliance winner for the revival of The Woman In Black. He also produced the European premiere of “The Marriage Of Alice B Toklas…” at London’s Jermyn Street Theatre. Other show involvements include the US productions of The Play That Goes Wrong, Rent (Broadway and tours), Victor / Victoria with Julie Andrews, Network with Bryan Cranston, revivals of Who’s Afraid Of Virginia Woolf, Glengarry Glen Ross, and others. He's also representing Half Man /  Half Bull at this year's Fringe at Summerhall.
